The Maruti directorial has opened to positive talk on Friday and is running successfully in all areas. The film has collected a worldwide gross of Rs 8 Cr and emerged as highest first day grosser in Tej's career. His previous best was "Chitralahari', which gathered 6 Cr on day-1.
The trade reports which we received so far are indicating that Prathi Roju Pandage amassed a 1.25 Cr in Nizam region, 35 lakhs in Ceeded, Rs 30 lakhs from Guntur, 21 lakhs from Krishna and 50 lakhs from East and West Godavari districts. In total, the family entertainer has made a business up to 16 Crores. Considering the positive buzz, the film is expected to maintain the same pace over the weekend. Given the Christmas holidays, the buyers may enter safe zone by second week.
