Telugu fans of Superstar Rajinikanth, gear up yourselves for one of the biggest events of Hyderabad. The makers of Darbar are all set to organise the pre-release event of the film on January 3. Darbar, is directed by AR Murugadoss and is presented by Subaskaran of Lyca Productions.

In Darbar, Rajinikanth will be seen in the role of a cop named Aditya Arunachalam. Rajinikanth is playing a cop after 24 long years and his fans are waiting to see him in the avatar.

To hit the screens as a Sankranthi treat, it will be released by the famous producer NV Prasad in the Telugu States.  The film will hit the screens as a Sankranthi special, on January 9.  Rajinikanth and others associated with the movie will grace the occasion.
