Sankranthi season has come to an end. After the end of festive enthusiasm, Ravi Teja has come to cinemas with Disco Raja. Young and talented VI Anand directed this film which has Payal Rajput & Nabha Natesh as leading ladies. It has piqued the interest of audiences as the filmmaker has coupled commercial point with science fiction. Even though Disco Raja which released on Friday has opened to mixed talk, it has managed to show impact at the box-office.
On day-1 of release, the film has collected a share of 2.5 Cr from both Telugu states. Disco Raja has minted 1.05 Cr in Nizam, 35 lakhs from Ceeded, 30 lakhs from Uttarandhra and 20 lakhs from Guntur. The box-office figures have been sluggish East, West and Krishna regions.
On other hand, Allu Arjun-Trivikram's Pongal release 'Ala Vaikuntapuramlo' is continuing to earn good figures at the box-office. The Saturday and Sunday box-office numbers of Disco Raja will decide the fate of its result.
