Since a few days, there are a lot of reports in the media that Puri Jagannath is changing the script of Vijay Devarakonda's next film. But, Charmme Kaur who is producing the film has given a clarity on the same.

madam we request you to please give some clarification on rumours in regards to the script change of fighter. Is it true or just the locations and stuff will be replaced? Plz give a clarity ma'am".
Charmme replied, "Nothing has been changed n nothing will be changed!! Fighter script is a blockbuster. shoot will begin only after corona crises settles down. we r super duper confident about FIGHTER. original title announcement soon. Stay tuned."
