Dhanush and Karthik Subbaraj teamed up for a film called Jagame Thandhiram. The movie releases in Telugu as Jagame Tantram. The makers finally came up with a new update on the film. As Dhanush celebrates his birthday in July, the makers planned to release the first single of the movie called Rakita Rakita Rakita on 28th of this month.

Shreyas Krishna is the cinematographer of the film and Vivek Harshan is the film's editor. Vivek is the lyricist of the song. Santhosh Narayanan is the music director of the movie. Sashi produces the film under YNot Studios banner. The film unit is yet to give a clarity on the release date of the movie.
