It has been five years 'Baahubali: The Beginning' released and the Five Years Of Baahubali was a trending topic on social media.  The movie has changed the perception of the audience as well as the filmmakers at the time of release. So, it was a special occasion.

All the characters in the movie have huge importance and Kattappa is one of them. The character played by Tamil actor Sathyaraj brought him huge accolades and nation-wide recognition.  But it is really surprising to know that he was not the first choice for Kattappa's character. Writer Vijayendra Prasad recently revealed in an interview that Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt was the first choice.

He said that Sanjay was serving his jail sentence at that time so they had to look for alternatives. They have chosen Sathyaraj later.  But we have to agree that Sathyaraj breathed life into the character and made it one of the classic characters.
