Pichaikkaaran is a super hit film in Tamil, that released in the year 2016. Later, the film got dubbed in Telugu with the title Bichagadu. The movie became a big hit. Vijay Antony and Satna Titus, with Bagavathi Perumal, Vazhakku En Muthuraman, and Dheepa Ramanujam acted in supporting roles. Sasi is the film's director.

Now, a sequel for the film is confirmed. Priyadarshini who did National Award Winning film Baaram is the director of the sequel. Vijay Anthony, on his birthday today, officially announced the sequel.
