Sai Dharam Tej's younger brother Panjaa Vaishnav Tej is making his debut with the upcoming film Uppena. This movie was originally slated for the release on April 2. However, the lockdown postponed the plans of the makers. Meanwhile, we hear that Vaishnav Tej has signed his second film as well. Geeta Arts will bankroll this project.

Many mega heroes signed their second films with Geeta Arts. Ram Charan, Allu Sirish and Sai Dharam Tej are a few among them. Now, Vaishnav Tej is going to join that list. This new project will go on the floors next year. We also hear that UV Creations is also in talks with Vaishnav Tej for another project.

The release details of Uppena will get announced once the theaters reopen across the country. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, this movie features Krithi Shetty as the female lead. Vijay Sethupathi is playing the villain in this romantic drama.
