Coronavirus pandemic has wreaked havoc in the film industry. All the film shoots have been stopped and new film shoots have been put on hold. Except for filmmakers like Ram Gopal Varma none of them conducting the shoots until recently.  A couple of filmmakers have recently started the film shoots taking all the precautions. 

Many people think that there may not be more than half a dozen films under production that includes RGV films.  But the industry insiders that there are nearly 50 films are on the sets.  Several new filmmakers have started low budget films with an intention to release them on either OTTs or ATTs.  Though COVID-19 cases are increasing with each passing day, these filmmakers are said to be shooting the film in resorts and single locations taking all the precautions.

It is interesting to see how many of these films will be released soon and how many of them impress the audience.
