The news about Superstar Rajinikanth entering politics is not new us. In last 2+ years, Rajini conducted many meetings with his fans and issued several political statements. But, people are Tamil Nadu are eagerly waiting for him to start his own political party.

According to latest rumours on social media, Superstar is likely to officially kickstart his political journey by starting his own party in November, this year. Later this month, he might make an announcement about the same. Starting from Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October), Rajini will reportedly hold virtual meetings with his fans. Also, another report says that he is in talks with legal team for registration of political party and to seek an election symbol from Central Election Commission in New Delhi. On the other hand, dance choreographer and director Raghava Lawrence declared that he is very much willing to join in Rajinikanth's political journey.

At this point in time, other political parties in state are keeping an eye on latest developments and making backend attempts to minimize the political impact of Rajinikanth. The Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly elections are scheduled for May 2021.
