The episode started with the housemates dancing for 'Iraga Iraga' song from 'Naa Peru Surya' movie. Bigg Boss started the nomination process where the housemates should come one by one and nominate two housemates for eliminations by applying foam on their faces. Akhil went first and nominated Abhijeet and Amma Rajashekar. Ariyana came forward and nominated Akhil and Amma Rajasekhar. While telling the reason, Amma Rajashekar didn't accept her reasons and made a fuss about it. The duo got into a small fight.

Lasya nominated Divi and Noel. Avinash nominated Akhil and Monal. Sujatha nominated Akhil and Ariyana. Kumar Sai nominated Noel and Sujatha. Sohel nominated Abhijeet and Noel. Mehboob nominated Sujatha and Lasya. Gangavva nominated Noel and Abhijeet. Amma Rajashekar nominated Akhil and Ariyana. Harika nominated Akhil and Monal. Akhil and Harika argued over the reasons said by Harika. The duo had a heated argument. Divi nominated Lasya and Sohel. Monal nominated Harika and Avinash.

Avinash asked why she is not taking his jokes in a positive way, Monal said that she cannot take it twice and it is her wish. Abhijeet nominated Sohel and Akhil. When Abhijeet was saying his reasons, Akhil tried to talk back and clarify. But, the duo ended up having a huge argument. Sohel also joined this and had a heated argument with Abhijeet. Later, Divi also joined and the house became chaotic. Akhil claimed that Abhijeet is behaving rudely with Monal as well and the duo had an argument. Monal tried to stop them by saying not to use her name.

As the duo didn't stop, she screamed and cried. Noel nominated Amma Rajashekar and Sohel. The episode ended with Bigg Boss saying that the contestants who got nominated for eliminations this week are Abhijeet, Akhil, Noel, Amma Rajashekar, Monal, Sohel, Sujatha, Lasya, and Ariyana.
