Vishal is one of the star heroes in the Kollywood film industry. The actor did a film titled Action which failed at the box-office. Vishal romanced Tamannah in the movie and it has failed to impress the audiences. The producers of the film have now approached the court, asking for compensation for the losses they incurred. The film was initially planned to be made with a budget of 20 crores but the budget has come up to 44 crores in the end.

The producers approached the court and the court has directed Vishal to pay a compensation of 8.3 crores to the producers. Vishal promised the producers at the time of the release about the same. The makers told the court that they only got 11.7 crores and incurred a loss of 8.3 crores. Vishal cleverly agreed to do a film Chakra for the producers but the film is now heading for an OTT release. So, the producers went to court, asking for a stay.

The court cleared the permission for the film's release and also asked Vishal to pay the compensation.
