The episode started with Avinash and Ariyana singing 'Ennenno Janmala Bandham' song for Akhil. Akhil said that he wants to go into Top 5 for his mother and Sohel tried to get down but Akhil didn't accept. Sohel cried and said it is painful as he has to compete with Akhil for the ticket to the finale and got down. Akhil also cried. Abhijeet hugged them both and consoled him.

Bigg Boss said that he will give the ticket to the finale to Akhil when the time comes. Bigg Boss gave Real Mango task and made the housemates play truth and dare. As a part of the dare, Sohel drank the drink without touching the bottle with his hands. Abhijeet picked truth. Ariyana asked his girlfriend's names and Abhijeet revealed the names. Harika asked Monal whom she will select if Allu Arjun, Nagarjuna, and Vijay Deverakonda gave her movie opportunity and Monal picked Nagarjuna. Avinash made fun of the other housemates.

All the housemates hugged and hoped for a better future. Except for Akhil, Bigg Boss asked the other housemates to stand rankwise. Sohel stool in the first position followed by Ariyana, Harika, Monal, Avinash, and Abhijeet. Harika and Monal exchanged their positions. Harika asked if they really are in the position to talk about positions and became teary-eyed. Sohel said that they became emotionally close and they cannot fight for positions now.

As they have picked their positions, Bigg Boss claimed that Sohel is the best performer and Abhijeet as the worst performer of the season. Bigg Boss sent Abhijeet into jail for being the worst performer of the season.
