Vamshi Paidipally directed Maharshi with Mahesh Babu and the film has become a big hit at the box-office. Mahesh promised another film to Vamshi but the director failed to impress the actor immediately. Now, Vamshi has a solid script that Mahesh has his liking for. The rumors reveal that the film has been titled State Rowdy and it will hit the screens next year.

State Rowdy is the powerful title for the super hit film that Megastar Chiranjeevi did many years ago. It is interesting to see such a rough title for Mahesh Babu's film. Touted to be a gangster drama, there is no clarity on when the project hits the floors.
