Dr. Rajasekhar and Jeevitha couple wanted both their daughters to make the debut in cinema. Shivatmika Rajasekhar made her debut with the film Dorasani. Shivani Rajasekhar also came forward to make her debut with the remake of 2 States with Adivi Sesh in the lead role. The film was shelved and her debut plan reached square one. Now, the latest reports confirm that Shivani's first film is titled Who? Where? Why? (WWW).

Cinematographer KV Guhan is the director of the movie. The director earlier scored good marks for the film 118 which he made with Kalyan Ram Nandamuri. Guhan has come up with an interesting concept where Shivani played the lead role. The film's shoot is completed and the post-production activities are currently in progress.
