Comedian Ali finally decided to make his debut as a producer. He has been waiting to turn a producer for so long and he finally decided on a script. For the debut production, Ali picked up a Malayalam film for the female. Vikrithi is the super hit Malayalam movie that has become a big hit at the box-office. The film also won the Kerala State Award. Ali picked the film to remake it in Telugu. Titled 'Andharu Bagundali, Andhulo Nenundali', the movie's launch took place yesterday.

The original was made, based on a real-life incident in Kerala. The film is based on true events that occurred on a Kochi Metro train, where a picture of a sleeping hearing/speech-impaired man was taken and shared online by a passenger assuming he was drunk. The film released in October last year. Suraj venjaramudu played the lead role in the film.

The film's shoot begins today. Ali and Senior actor Naresh plays the lead roles in the film.
