National Star Prabhas is currently busy working on a prestigious film in the direction of Prashanth Neel. Titled Salaar, the film's launch took place recently. Yash attended the event as a chief guest. The film's shoot will begin soon. Meanwhile, there are reports that Prabhas will romance Katrina Kaif in the film. The film unit did not confirm the leading lady of the film officially.

The makers decided to have a pan-India actress on board and they held talks earlier with a couple of beauties but it looks like Katrina Kaif will be on board for the film. Katrina Kaif made her debut in Telugu already. She did Malleshwari and Allari Pidugu with Venkatesh and Balakrishna respectively. If everything goes well, this will be Katrina Kaif's comeback to South cinema.
