'Shakuntalam' is one of the much-awaited movies in Tollywood at the moment. Featuring Samantha in the lead role, creative director Gunashekar is helming this project. Malayalam actor Dev Mohan is playing the lead role in the film which came out as a shock for the audience as Dev Mohan is not a popular hero in Malayalam but only acted in a couple of films. Most of the Telugu audience not even know his name.

Just like the audience, the producer Dil Raju also got the same doubt and recently while talking at a press meet regarding Shakuntalam movie, Dil Raju has opened up about the same. When he asked Guna Shekar to bring another actor on board for the film, Gunasekhar showed him the photoshoot they did and Dev Mohan really looked like a king.

After that, Dil Raju also started believing that he can blend with the character well more than anyone else.
