Vijay Deverakonda was last seen in the 2020 film World Famous Lover. He is currently busy with the works of his upcoming movie Liger. As per the latest reports from the industry, the makers of this movie are planning to release the teaser of it on May 9th, on the occasion of Vijay's birthday. The country was under full lockdown last year when Vijay celebrated his birthday. Thus, there was no update about Liger at that time.

The situation is pretty the same this year as well. But it is being heard that the makers want to satisfy fans by releasing a teaser of this movie. Anyway, we will get clarity about the release of the teaser in a couple of days. Liger's shoot has come to a halt once again due to the surge of coronavirus cases in the country. Directed by Puri Jagannath, this action thriller features Ananya Pandey as the female lead. Karan Johar is co-producing the film.
