Megastar Chiranjeevi is betting high on his new movie titled Acharya. Koratala Siva is the film's director. The film is produced by Ram Charan. Initially, the makers revealed that the film will be released in May this year but the makers postponed it. Finally, the team announced the release date and it will be released in February next year.

The film unit made an announcement last night confirming its arrival in theatres on 4th February 2022. The makers were planning to arrive during Christmas but they decided to call off the plan. With Pushpa already releasing during Christmas, the makers of Acharya decided to release the film next year.

Kajal Aggarwal is playing the film's heroine. Pooja Hegde is playing a key role along with Ram Charan in the film. Mani Sharma is the film's music director.
