Uppena is one of the super hit films in the Telugu film industry. Starring Vaisshnav Tej and Krithi Shetty in the lead roles, the film has become a very big hit at the box office. Interestingly, the director Buchi Babu Sana is giving a hype on the film's sequel.

After Uppena, the director was planning to team up with Jr NTR but the project got delayed. Buchi Babu was in talks with other heroes but nothing seems to be finalized. Now, the director is planning to do the sequel of Uppena.

In a recent interview, Buchi Babu revealed that he had written the script of Uppena only after the completion of the second part script. Terming the film as a pan-World project, the director is hopeful that the film will become a big hit at the box office. We have to see if he takes the film to the sets anytime soon.
