Shakini Dhakini is one of the upcoming films in Telugu. The film is a female-oriented movie where Regina Cassandra and Nivetha Thomas are playing the lead roles. Billed to be the official remake of the Korean film Midnight Runners, the film is gearing up for a release next year.

Surprisingly, the film is heading towards a direct digital release. The film's producer Suresh Babu has confirmed with the media that the movie will release directly on a streaming platform and he is not releasing the film in theatres.

With the audiences not showing to turn up at theatres in a large number, the producer decided to release the film on the OTT platform. Apart from this, Suresh Babu is also planning to release two other films directly on the OTT platform.
