Hero Siddharth who has been getting involved in a couple of controversies has now grabbed the attention by rising so many questions regarding the decision to slash the ticket prices which impacted the theatrical revenue of the movies.

"How much is the going commission or rate these days for fudging collection reports of films? Producers have been lying about BO figures for ages… Now the “trade” and “media” have started their “official” figures… All languages, all industries…same. Pan India dishonest,” tweeted Siddharth without naming any film. We knew that there is no proper mechanism to calculate the accurate film collections and trade analysts often share their share collection reports based on their sources. Sometimes the digital teams and PROs of the movies create nonsensical figures to hype a movie.

Siddharth's recent outing 'Maha Samudram' featuring Sharwanand in another lead role got released under the direction of Ajay Bhupathi of 'RX 100' fame but ended up as a debacle at the box office.
