Ever since he parted ways with Samantha, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is living half time in studio apartments at five-star hotels and half time at his father’s palatial residence in Jubilee Hills. Earlier, he and Samantha used to live in a penthouse duplex apartment. Now, Chay is looking at having a home for himself.

As per the latest speculations in the film nagar, Naga Chaitanya has come across a premium villa in Gandipet which is on sale now. Chay has visited the place and was fascinated by it. He wants to make some architectural modifications as per his tastes and preferences before moving into it.

We hear that the negotiations are going on but there is no official confirmation regarding the same.

On the work front, the actor had an interesting release today, titled Bangarraju.
