The film got released during the Sankranti season and has created so many records in 2022. Another big film that got released in 2022 after 'Bangarraju' is Raviteja starrer, 'Khiladi'. Despite getting released amid high expectations, the movie has failed to impress the audience and has been receiving a lukewarm response from day one. However, a small movie is now breaking the records of 'Bangarraju' and the film is none other than 'DJ Tillu'. The movie got released this week and has been creating massive collections at the box office. On the first day itself, the movie in made 3 crores at the box office and out of which 1.5 crores are from Telangana itself.

Getting released with less expectations has become one of the biggest advantages for the film as the movie has been recording big collections. The trade analysts are now saying that the movie can reach up to 10 crores before the final run.
