After producing biopics on the lives of NTR, Jayalalithaa and Kapil Dev produced Vishnu Induri is now gearing up to make a film on another real incident. As per the latest reports in the film industry, Vishnu is planning to do a film on the IPL controversy that shook the entire nation.

Based on the book, Maverick Commissioner - The Lalit Modi Saga, the film will be made soon. Lalit Modi is the brain child behind the IPL and later, he was stuck in several controversies with regard to the tournament.

Now, a film will be made on the entire episode to bring out what actually happened in the entire saga. Currently, the pre-production works of the project are in progress. The complete cast and crew details will be announced soon.

On the other hand, IPL 2022 edition is currently underway.
