Tatineni Rama Rao is one of the veteran filmmakers in the film industry. The sensational filmmaker breathed his last in the early hours of Wednesday. His family members confirmed the same.

Tatineni Rama Rao is very close to Sr NTR. Both began their careers at the same time. Yamagola is one of the super hit films that Tatineni directed and NTR starred in it along with Jayaprada.

Apart from Yamagola, some of the popular hits directed by him are ‘Jeevana Tarangal’, ‘Anuraga Devata’ and ‘Pachani Kapuram’. On the whole, he had directed 70 Hindi and Telugu feature films between 1966 and 2000.

‘Andha Kaanoon’, ‘Ek Hi Bhool’, ‘Mujhe Insaaf Chayihe’, and ‘Naache Mayuri’ are some of his notable hits in Bollywood.
