KGF Chapter: 2 is the biggest success in Indian cinema this year. As of now, it is the all-time third highest grosser among Indian films, after Dangal and Baahubali 2. KGF 2 is still running successfully across many areas in India.

Suddenly, the makers have decided to make it available online. The film is now available on Amazon Prime Video on the pay-per-view model. Generally, Prime Video promotes a lot whenever a big movie is premiering on its platform. But for KGF 2, there were no such promotions or prior announcements.

It is made available all of a sudden. People who want to watch the film have to pay Rs.199. Once they start watching, the film should be finished in the next 48 hours. If not, they have to pay 199 again and rent the movie.

However, a lot of netizens are not happy with this move and there is a severe outrage from the netizens that the streaming service is asking the users again to pay for the movie. We have to see if this continues for other films as well.
