Sankranthi 2022 had been a dull season for the Telugu film industry. No big movie had hit the screens during this year's festive season due to the third wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. But, there is an array of big releases lined up for Sankranthi 2023.

Star producer Dil Raju is currently bankrolling two big projects. One is with Ram Charan and Shankar and the other film is with Thalapathy Vijay and Vamshi Paidipally. He is planning to release either of these movies during the Sankranthi season next year.

Meanwhile, Prabhas has already announced his arrival with Adipurush. This mythological drama will hit the screens on January 12, 2023.

On the other side, Pawan Kalyan's Hari Hara Veera Mallu, Chiranjeevi's Bhola Shankar, Mahesh Babu-Trivikram's untitled project and Vijay Deverakonda's Kushi are also aiming for the release during this festive season.
