Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameswaran are playing the lead roles in the upcoming Telugu film Karthikeya 2. The film is creating a special interest already with the first look poster and the announcement of the cast.

Chandoo Mondeti, the film's director is in a dire need of success and he is working hard to make the film a big hit.

On the other hand, Nikhil is also hoping to score a hit with the film but the big question is if the film can recreate the magic of the first part which has become a surprise hit at the box office.

Chandoo Mondeti is helming the project. TG Vishwa Prasad and Abhishek Aggarwal are jointly producing it. Karthik Ghattamaneni is handling the cinematography. Kaala Bhairavaa is composing the music for the movie.

The film will have a pan-India release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi on July 22nd this year.
