Naga Chaitanya Akkineni wanted to work with Parasuram for an interesting family drama and the duo announced an interesting film titled Nageswara Rao. However, when the project is about to get launched, Parasuram moved to Mahesh Babu's Sarkaru Vaari Paata. Naga Chaitanya waited for a while and jumped on to another film.

Now, it looks like Chay is keeping Parasuram on waiting mode as the actor is working on other films and is not immediately taking up Parasuram's directorial.

Chay is gearing up for the release of the film Thank You and is also working on the web series, Dhootha. Chay signed a film in the direction of Venkat Prabhu too.

Amidst this, Chay is not willing to allot dates to Parasuram's film and thus, the director, with no other offers in hand, is currently in the waiting mode.
