Very recently, the Active Telugu Producers Guild decided to release the films on OTT only after 6 weeks of their theatrical release. They also want to give enough OTT window for the movies being made on a budget of over 8 Crore rupees. But, it seems like the rule is not being followed well.

If the reports in the film nagar are true, Ram Pothineni's 'The Warrior' is expected to hit Disney+ Hotstar on the 11th of August. If it happens, then the film breaks the new OTT window rule.

On the other hand, producer Bunny Vas who initially mentioned that his film Pakka Commercial will release only after 50 days of its theatrical release also seems to be stepping back.

The film will be releasing on Aha Video on August 5th. It clearly says that the new OTT window is not being implemented strictly as the producers are making decisions based on the film's result.
