Godfather is the title of the official remake of the Malayalam super hit film Lucifer. The film features Chiranjeevi in the titular role, reprising the role of Malayalam star Mohanlal. The film's shoot is completed and the censor certificate has come out too. But it looks like the makers are now planning to include a special item song in the film.

As of now, there is no official clarity on the same. However, the reports in the film nagar say that the team is planning to bring Warina Hussain who sizzled in a special item song of the film Bimbisara to shake a leg with Chiranjeevi.

The talks are still going on and nothing has been confirmed yet. Thaman S is the music director of the film. The makers are now gearing up for the pre-release event of the film. The film hits the screens on the 5th of October.
