Sekhar Kammula is one of the very original filmmakers in Telugu Cinema. Known for his presentation of the film, he gained a huge following for his natural depiction & writing of characters, especially those that belong to urban & rural sections of Telangana state.

After his last venture, 'Love Story', with Naha Chaithanya & Sai Pallavi, he announced that he shall be joining hands with Dhanush for his next. The film is said to be a drama with the backdrop of the education system of the country.

This is the second straight film for Dhanush after 'Sir' with Venky Atluri. The makers are planning to make this a pan-India release and have said to approach Rashmika for the female lead.

According to our reports, if Rashmika gives a nod, the makers might make an official announcement by the end of November.
