Sensational filmmaker Mani Ratnam's recent release Ponniyin Selvan has become a very big hit at the box office. The fans are eagerly waiting for the next part. As of now, nothing has been confirmed so far, But, the reports say that the film will have a grand release in the first half of next year.

Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyan Selvan part 2 is targeting a Pan India release in the month of April 2023. If the reports are true, its going to be an April 28, 2023 opening. Most likely, the date will get confirmed and if not, the makers might look at Tamil New Year but Superstar Rajinikanth's Jailer is scheduled for a release for the same occasion.
