Nagarjuna Akkineni is yet to officially confirm his next film but there are a lot of speculations in the offing that the project is the remake of a Malayalam movie. However, there is no clarity on the project status. Writer Prasanna Kumar Bezawada is reportedly turning a director with the film.

Prasanna Kumar recently interacted with the media and had confirmed that the project is a straight film and he has written the story himself. Prasanna also confirmed that the film is not a remake of any language movie.
