Sushmita Konidela is one of the technicians working in the Telugu film industry. As the daughter of Chiranjeevi, she dedicated herself to working with Chiranjeevi, especially on his costumes. Sushmita has been working with him ever since he signed the film Khaidi No.150. Later, they did Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Acharya, and the latest film Waltair Veerayya.

Meanwhile, we have come to know that the work she did for Waltair Veerayya did not go well with a section of audience. A lot of them took to online to express their feedback over the same. Some are even trolling Sushmita for a poor choice of costumes and asked her if her father also bought her poor dresses during her childhood.

Sushmita's work is criticized often but Chiranjeevi has hired his daughter as a personal stylist and costume designer because of this, she is regularly doing films with him. Sushmita has not worked with others and she is recently seen during the promotions of Waltair Veerayya as well.
