Allu Arjun is currently actively working on the filming of "Pushpa 2", a sequel to the successful film Pushpa: The Rise. The production of the film has been relocated to Vishakapatnam, a city that plays a brief but important role in the story.

Director Sukumar is currently filming key scenes involving port business operations. Allu Arjun plays Pushpa Raj, a smuggling don who exports red sandals through the Vizag port. Rashmika Mandanna will play the female lead in the film and will begin filming next month. The action-drama is directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers.

The film is being made on a large scale to appeal to a global audience, and the title of the sequel is "Pushpa The Rule." The film's music director is Devi Sri Prasad and the cast also includes Fahad Faasil, Sunil, and Anasuya.
