It has been announced that Santhosh Narayanan will be the music composer for the upcoming science fiction thriller ‘Project K’ starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, directed by Nag Ashwin. This news comes as a surprise as it was previously announced that Mickey J Meyer, who had worked with Nag Ashwin on his previous films, would be composing the music for this project.

The reason for the change in music composer has not been revealed by producer Ashwini Dutt. Santhosh Narayanan is a popular Tamil music composer known for his work in films such as “Kabali” and his recent songs in the Telugu film “Dasara” have been well received. ‘Project K’ is set to release next year.

There is no clarity on why Mickey is not working on the film and more details will be out soon.
