Currently, the actor is working on his next project, Bholaa Shankar, which is in the production stage. The film features star heroine Keerthy Suresh as Chiru's sister, and the latest update is that Akkineni hero Sushanth will play the role of a lover boy in this action-comedy entertainer.

The team announced this news on the occasion of Sushanth's birthday, leading to speculation that he will play the romantic interest of Keerthy Suresh in the movie. The film was initially scheduled for a release on April 14, but the movie has been postponed.

Directed by Meher Ramesh, Bholaa Shankar features Tamannaah Bhatia as the female lead, with Mahati Swara Sagar composing the music. The film is being produced by AK Entertainments.
