On the occasion of Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman's birthday, a significant announcement was made, revealing his collaboration with Mega Power Star Ram Charan for the upcoming film #RC16. The project is yet to get a title but Rahman is locked for the film officially.
The production house shared the news, stating, "Welcoming the 'Mozart of Madras,' Academy Award-winning @arrahman on board for #RC16. Happy Birthday 'Isai Puyal.' RC 16 will have a rip-roaring music score by the legend."
Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru, the film will be presented by the esteemed Mythri Movie Makers production house. Co-produced by Vriddhi Cinemas and Sukumar Writings banners, the film is directed by Buchi Babu Sana, who is making use of the time by working on the script for betterment.
While reports have circulated about Shiva Rajkumar's involvement in a crucial role, Vijay Sethupathi is also rumored to be part of the film. We also hear that the team plans to bring Meenakshi Chaudhary on board for the film.
In the backdrop of Vijayanagaram, the film is billed to be a period sports drama, laced with emotions and action in equal proportions. More details of the film will be out soon.
