Manushi Chhillar, who brought glory to India by winning the Miss World Pageant in 2017, had high hopes for a successful career in the film industry. However, her journey in Bollywood and Tollywood has been marred by a string of disappointments.

Her debut Bollywood film, "Samrat Prithviraj," starring alongside Akshay Kumar in a historical epic, was anticipated to be a dream start. Unfortunately, it failed to resonate with audiences and became one of Bollywood's biggest post-pandemic flops. Similarly, her next venture, "The Great Indian Family," also met with a poor reception at the box office.

Turning her sights to Tollywood, Manushi made her debut with "Operation Valentine," opposite Varun Tej. However, the film's performance was disastrous, cutting short her career in the Telugu film industry.

In her latest film, "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan," Manushi portrays Captain Misha, aiding the heroes in their battle against Prithviraj Sukumaran's character, who seeks to wreak havoc on India. While Manushi's stylish appearance in the film is noted, her performance is criticized as bland and lacking depth. Despite showcasing some proficiency in action sequences, she falls short of expectations once again.

Manushi's series of failures in the film industry stand in stark contrast to the successful debuts of many previous Miss World pageant winners in Indian cinema. Within a span of two years, she has faced four consecutive setbacks, marking one of the worst debuts in recent memory
