Huge demand for Legend satellite rights

While more than 200 Telugu films are reeling under postponements due to unsold satellite rights, few entertainment channels are battling for the satellite rights of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s most-anticipated film Legend. If our latest sources are to be believed, Gemini TV and Maa TV have offered a hefty sum of 7.5 Crore for the satellite rights of the film. Whopping amount no?

But, the makers of the film 14 Reels Entertainment and Varahi Chalana Chitram are reportedly demanding a handsome 8.5 Crore considering the amount of anticipation over the film. As Balakrishna-Boyapati’s earlier film Simha brings in huge viewership for Maa TV whenever it is telecasted, they are going all-in to grab Legend rights too.

Certainly, it looks like the Legend’s magic has started working even before the film’s release. We are also told that few music companies are in the race for the music rights of the film, which are being composed by Devi Sri Prasad.

Starring Jagapathi as the antagonist, the film has Radhika Apte and Sonal Chouhan playing the female leads.
Let us wait and see how this goes!
