Stylish Star Allu Arjun was seen having a bandage on his hand when he appeared in Ranga Reddy court over a land issue and it became a topic of concern for his fans. Apparently, the actor has been injured during the filming for Boyapati Srinu’s Sarainodu which is planned to release for Summer.
However, the actor looked quite healthy and fit apart from this minor injury which is a matter of relief.
