As a producer, you might have a great movie on hand and you know it has all the material to score a hit at the box office, but if you don’t know how to position your movie then you are doomed. This is much more important when you are dealing with a mid budget or a small budget flick.
Taking this as the cue, some of the trade pundits are expressing doubts over the movie Nayaki featuring the petite beauty Trisha. Apparently, the film is releasing on July 8th and the official confirmation has come. However, on July 15th the much talked about Kabali is coming.
The question is, will that one week buffer be sufficient for Nayaki to strike good at the box office? Secondly, the film is coming in Telugu and Tamil but Tamil version is coming few weeks after Kabali release. Before that, the Telugu version’s talk will come. If it is positive ok but what if it is negative. Time to think, producers!
