Though you deliver a hit with a hero, you tend to work with another hero for your next project. Such a pattern is more among the star directors. Given that, it does come as a surprise when a top range director would be keen to work with a hero back to back.
However, there are reports making rounds in Chennai that the maverick moviemaker Mani Ratnam may be working with the sharp eyed Tamil star Karthi once again. Currently, the duo is busy working for the film Duet which also has the Bollywood girl Aditi Rao Hydari.
It is heard that both Mani and Karthi have hit it off very well and the camaraderie has become so strong that Karthi is reportedly planning to do one more with Mani and vice versa. Well, if Duet does bring back the Mani magic at the box office, this is quite a possibility.
