Balayya Rejects VV Vinayak's Story

After the success of 'Chennakesava Reddy', Nandamuri Balakrishna and VV Vinayak were supposed to team up for an exciting project. Kannada's super hit movie 'MUFTI' was to be remade by VV Vinayak in which he was to direct Nandamuri Natasimham Balakrishna.

Seems like this project is not going to happen. Balakrishna apparently said no to the remake, when VV Vinayak approached him with the remake of Mufti (Kannada movie). Also, the close sources report that Balakrishna has suggested VV Vinayak set to come up with a straight story.

According to reports, even Balayya is excited to work with the ace director Vinayak once again, but with a fresh content. Balakrishna, on the other hand, is busy with upcoming biopic of his late father Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, in which Balayya is to portrays him. Also, Boyapati Srinu is working on a script to direct Balakrishna. More updates will follow.
