Freshly, another artist from the industry, Chalaki Chanti met with an accident.
Popular comedy show Jabardasth fame Chanti has sustained minor injuries in a road accident at Kodad on Tuesday morning.
The actor and comedian, who was heading from Vijayawada to Hyderabad, had hit a truck on the national highway near Kodad, Suryapet district. The Hyundai Creta car, in which Chanti was traveling, had rammed into the rear of a truck. Having learned about the accident, the local police took Chanti, who succumbed to some minor injuries, to a private hospital in Kodad for basic checkup and treatment.
