Cinema Halls To Reopen In AP?

Some good news for film lovers who are eager to catch movies back in theatres. If the latest reports are to be believed, the AP government is likely to giving permission for the reopening of movie halls. If everything goes well, the theatres in Andhra will be back in business from 1st June.

Officials of Andhra Pradesh government are working on new guidelines like show timings, seating system, business hours of nearby shopping malls & multiplexes. In the first place, the government may permit the reopening of cinema halls in Green & Orange zones. But, no relaxations will be given to Red zones and containment zones.

Besides resuming the theatre operations, AP govt is also working on necessary guidelines to permit film shootings. No wonder even if shootings resume even before 1st June. But, the movie units have to take some serious measures and follow all guidelines of the government. Not more than 20-30 people will be permitted for shooting sets. The same will be applicable for post-production activities too. Very soon, the government is expected to give some guidelines on about resumption of shooting.
