Krack, RED And SBSB To Skip Theatrical Release?

Due to the lockdown, all the theatres got shut down and people got more attracted to the OTT platforms. Digital platforms have now become the only source of entertainment especially during a pandemic situation like this.

With this increasing trend of OTT platforms, most of the filmmakers are also opting for direct OTT releases. It seems like three upcoming movies in Tollywood are going to get digital releases very soon. Three films which are currently in the final
stages of shoot and in the post-production phase are likely going to get released on the OTT platforms as the theatres won't be reopened until September this year.

The three movies are Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja starrer, 'Krack', Sai Dharam Tej's 'Solo Brathuke So Better', and Ram's 'RED' which is the remake of Tamil blockbuster 'Thadam'. The first two are in the final stages of the shoot whereas RED is in
the post-production stage.

So, digital streaming platforms have already approached the producers with their proposals. But we should wait for the official confirmation of the same and the release dates.
